About Me
BDS Manchester, 2018
Your local dentist in Aberystwyth. Fluent in both Welsh and English, I have been dedicated to serving the communities I’ve lived in since graduating from the University of Manchester in 2018. My training commenced in South Manchester (Wythenshawe), where I completed my Dental Foundation Training treating NHS patients.
My love for Wales brought me back to Aberystwyth to continue the legacy of my childhood dentist. I am deeply committed to advancing my expertise and am currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Birmingham, where I have achieved a Postgraduate Certificate.

I had an emergency appointment and the front desk was super helpful and managed to slot me in same day, even as a first timer in Aberystwyth. The dentist Dr Sean exceeded in not just being lovely, but with treatment too. 100% recommend this clinic and was well worth the price for streamlined everything is.

Not being a fan of any dental treatment, I was quite nervous having my filling but Sean and his nurse were outstanding, they explained everything and took their time. I didn't have any anaesthetic and didn't feel any pain, I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I have ever had. Can totally recommend this practice.

As a very nervous patient, I was lucky to be treated by Sean and his Dental Nurse, Bex. Sean sensed my nerves and remained patient and sympathetic, which helped settle my nerves. Bex was also reassuring, and both spoke to me during treatment to help steady the nerves. I'd highly recommend Friars, due to the incredibly fantastic and wonderful staff, especially if you suffer with nerves. Most of the staff are also Welsh speaking which is a bonus. If I could give a 10 star review, I would.
After falling and breaking my crown and tooth and then having a major infection which swelled my face up like a balloon, I have to say that Sean has sorted me out quickly and efficiently. I can now smile after having a bridge, without gaps in my teeth and feeling embarrassed. I would highly recommend.
Can't thank Sean and his amazing team enough for their care, as a petrified dental patient with major anxiety when it come to going to the dentist I can't recommend him enough! He talks through everything and is reassuring throughout.
